Warehouse and Logistics
MSC warehouse is licensed by the Ministry of Health, Dubai Health Authority standards.
alongside Civil Defense Registrations. The organization achieved ISO 9001:2015, Quality Managements System by URS (United
Registrar Systems). All Facilities are continuously maintained and monitored with sensor-based loggers. The Warehouse is regularly inspected especially the fire systems, in addition to regular cleaning and pest control.

MSC complies with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) and the warehouse is designed to comply with MOH and international MAH guidelines for Good Storage Practice (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) with sufficient capacity to:

- Ensure dry and clean environment within temperature limits, regulated through records of
temperature monitoring data. - Permit adequate storage and handling of the products through various equipment.
